Refund Policy

At Sacred Advocacy, your time, energy, and spiritual journey are deeply valued. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for services such as coaching sessions, group classes, and other offerings.
1. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please email hello@sacredadvocacy.com to make changes.

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refundable, except under emergency circumstances.

No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
2. Group Classes, Workshops, and Events

Before the Start Date: Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the first class begins.

After the Start Date: No refunds are issued once a class or series has begun, unless otherwise stated in the individual offering.

Transfers: In some cases, your registration may be transferred to a future class date. Please reach out to discuss options.
3. Digital Products and Downloads
All digital materials (eBooks, PDFs, recordings, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of downloadable content. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
4. Compassionate Exceptions
Life happens—and sometimes healing looks like flexibility. If you're experiencing a hardship or have a unique situation, please reach out. While boundaries are in place to support both client and provider, Sacred Advocacy approaches each situation with care and a willingness to listen.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or change to your booking, email info@sacredadvocacy.com with your name, service booked, and reason for the request. We’ll respond asap.
